Solomon has been living in Playa Del Carmen for three years now and works as a building administrator for a couple of condominium buildings around fifth avenue. As if this doesn’t keep him busy enough he also is in the process of opening a Consignment Shop in Playa, PlayaResale.

Living in Playa for that amount of time has given Solomon a chance to test all the food on the fifth and other touristy places, so he is now more interested in finding good “Off The Path” dining experiences, more for people who live in Playa Del Carmen or people who are traveling here and looking for a little bit more adventure with their food.
